Microdermabrasion is a cosmetic procedure that involves partial or complete
removal of the outermost (stratum corneum) layer of skin through an abrasion
process. Typically this involves abrasion via Aluminum oxide crystals
which produce fine organic particles, eventually removed via a wand, while
applying a gentle suction pressure. This dual process of exfoliation and
suction removes the dead outermost portion of the skin, allowing newer,
healthier skin cells to emerge. As a result of this process, some of the
skin’s visible imperfections such as lines, blemishes and sun spots
can be removed.

crystals or a patented Crystal Free procedure. Both procedures are effective

Microdermabrasion treatment is effective for most types of skin and people of all ages. This is a non invasive painless process that takes an average of 30 minutes ~ 45 minutes per treatment with several treatments spread out over a period of time. You can expect a slight tingling feeling during the procedure and the skin may appear pink for a period of 24 ~ 48 hrs as the new skin emerges.
